PacSuper has released its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of focused progress across governance, operations, member services and investment management.

The report reflects the Fund’s continued commitment to delivering long-term value for members while strengthening the foundations required to support future growth.

During 2025, Funds Under Management increased to K635 million, representing growth of 8.7% over the previous year, while membership remained above 36,000 members. The year also saw the successful implementation of PRIMS, Papua New Guinea’s only locally based superannuation administration platform, representing a significant investment in the Fund’s operational capability and member administration.

A key focus throughout the year was strengthening the Fund’s governance and leadership capability, including the appointment of new directors and Chris Hagan as Chief Executive Officer of PacSolutions. The Fund also continued to evolve its investment approach, completing a Strategic Asset Allocation review to support its long-term investment objectives and member outcomes.

In addition, PacSuper launched I-WE Supa, a new initiative designed to expand access to superannuation for women across Papua New Guinea, particularly those participating in the informal sector.

Commenting on the year, Chief Executive Officer Chris Hagan said the Fund remained focused on strengthening its foundations while continuing to manage member assets with discipline and care.

“This has been a year of focused progress for PacSuper. We have continued to invest in the systems, governance and operational capability required to support members today while positioning the Fund for future growth.”

The 2025 Annual Report includes updates from the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, investment performance summaries, financial results and an overview of the Fund’s key activities and achievements throughout the year.
