You can continue to access the portal via pacsuper.online you will simply be redirected to the upgraded platform.
How to log in for the first time
To access the new portal, you’ll need to create a new account. Here’s how:

Go to the new PacSuper Member Portal.

Select “Create Account.”

Enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Member Number (exactly as they appear on PacSuper’s records).

Provide an email address you can access. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to verify your account.

Once verified, set your password and log in.

Can’t find your Member Number? It’s on your annual statement or available from our team.

You can use any email address you have access to (it doesn’t need to be the one we have on file).
